In his extensive twenty-eight (28) year tenure, Randy has effectively brokered deals across every facet of the commercial real estate sector. He has consistently delivered exceptional service to buyers and sellers, developers, as well as tenants and landlords.

With his wealth of experience in land development and entitlements, both for clients and personal investments, Randy brings a heightened level of expertise and insight to his clientele. Many trust Randy not only for commercial real estate guidance but also for investment and business advice that extend beyond the realm of real estate.

Randy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon in 1997. Remarkably, at the age of twenty-five (25), he attained his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago, Illinois. The CCIM designation, held by approximately 6% of commercial real estate professionals. This prestigious certification is awarded based on rigorous educational accomplishments of the recipient.

Randy has actively contributed to his community, serving as President and board member of the CPW Foundation’s “Crickets House,” an organization dedicated to assisting at-risk children.

Outside of work, Randy finds joy in activities like golfing, skiing, traveling and his kids sporting events along with his wife Sabrina and children, Vance (11) and Brooke (8).
